WHY THE DESTINATION MATTERS
Environment changes thinking.
There is something that happens when high-performing leaders step out of their daily environment entirely — when they are not in the office, not accessible by the team, not managing the next thing on the list. They think differently. They see differently. They hear things they couldn’t hear when they were in motion.
The Destination Retreat is designed specifically for that state of mind. The location will be announced upon member acceptance. It will be exceptional.
EXECUTIVE REFLECTION
The work that only happens in stillness.
Eight months of virtual sessions. One in-person event. And then this — four days to step back and assess where you are, where you’re going, and whether the trajectory you’re on is the one you actually chose.
Time will be structured for individual reflection and executive-level strategic work. Not every hour will be scheduled. The white space is part of the design.
HOW THE TIME WILL BE SPENT
Four days with intention.
By March, the group will have shared eight months together. This retreat is the moment that trust becomes friendship. Structured and unstructured time together — meals, conversations, experiences — deepens the relationships that make the work meaningful.

WHAT THE EXPERIENCE IS BUILT FOR
Every element is intentional

1
Peer trust & relationship
By March, the group will have shared eight months together. This retreat is the moment that trust becomes friendship. Structured and unstructured time together — meals, conversations, experiences — deepens the relationships that make the work meaningful.
2
Strategic leadership work
Business sessions are woven through the retreat — not filling it, but anchoring it. The work is real, the facilitation is expert, and the setting unlocks thinking that a Tuesday morning on Teams simply cannot.
3
Guest speaker & outside perspective
A distinguished guest speaker or outside perspective will be part of the retreat experience. Speaker and session details will be confirmed and shared with members well in advance. The selection will be calibrated to this specific group.
4
Family included
The Destination Retreat includes spouses. The people who carry the weight of what it takes to build something significant deserve to be part of this. Programming for spouses will be thoughtfully designed — details forthcoming.
5
Location & visuals
The destination will be announced to confirmed members. It will be a setting that earns the occasion. Photography and location details will be added to this page as they are finalized.
6
Full itinerary
The complete agenda, session descriptions, pre-work, and logistical details will be delivered to confirmed members well in advance of the event. This page will be updated as those materials are finalized.
“The people who will be in this room are building serious things. They deserve four days that feel worthy of what they’re building.”
