Four vendors. One stage. A 45-minute panel built around how their products work together in the real world — followed by 15-minute individual demo windows for each brand. This session was designed to show you the full ecosystem, not just individual products in isolation.

Vendor Co-Creation Workshops

This is the headline for Year 3. Select ProSource vendors come to the table with future products still in development — and you help shape them. Give honest feedback, push back on what doesn't work, and get a first look at what's coming before anyone else. Vendors earn this seat. You help them make the most of it.

Meet the Vendor — The Real Version

They're more similar to you than you think! No polished pitches here. This two-part session kicks off with a vendor sharing a real challenge they faced and how they worked through it, followed by a happy hour and live demo. Members consistently say this format builds more trust than any traditional presentation.

What is the cost to participate in a V11 in-person meeting

$500 registration fee paid through the registration path

What We Provide

  • Flight Credit — $300 flight credit paid upon the conclusion of the event
  • Accommodations — 2-night hotel stay at a local Golden hotel
  • All Meals & Drinks — Every meal, happy hour, snack, and offsite dinner is covered
  • Transportation — Round-trip transportation to and from the ProSource Experience Center

Cancellations made 15 or more business days before the session start date will receive a 50% partial refund ($250). Cancellations after the 15-business-day cutoff will forfeit the registration fee.
