This 3-day, in-person Academy intensive is built specifically for AV integrators stepping into, or growing within, the PM role. Focused on real-world construction-driven projects, the course walks through the full lifecycle from sales handoff to commissioning and closeout.
This is practical, field-driven project leadership, not software training or textbook theory.

Cost & Additional Details:
- The registration fee is $500.00 per person.
- Attendees will be responsible for airfare, ground transportation, and discounted hotel accommodation.
- All meals will be provided. Please include any allergies or dietary requirements in your registration form.
- Attendees complete a structured workbook during the course and leave with digital, fillable templates they can immediately implement back at the office.
- Cancellations made 15 business days before the session start date will receive a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee ($249.50). Cancellations made after the 15-business day cut-off period will forfeit the registration fee.
